On this cold and snow-filled night, I am so excited to share a warm spring wedding that is garunteed to take the chill off! I was incredibly lucky to join my dear friend and amazing photographer Brooke of Brooke Allison Photography to capture the stunningly gorgeous wedding story of Meg and Wes. Thank you so much Brooke for having me along! Meg and Wes are the real deal. They are so in love and they spent the day laughing and snuggling and smiling from ear to ear. The amazingly talented Amy Champagne Events styled their day and turned a beautiful backyard into a scene straight out of a fairytale. I started the day with Wes a he got ready to for a first look with Meg.

Lauren & Taylor have a sweet love story. No seriously - they met through mutual friends at the Fluff Festival in Somerville! They went out on a couple dates afterward and have been together ever since. Lauren said she wasn't into planning all of the small details, but their wedding ended up brimming with beautiful and thoughtful elements that made their day special. What was most noticeable however was the amazing community of love that Lauren and Taylor have in their family and friends. Everyone was smiling ear-to-ear all day long, to the point where I think their cheeks must have ached with happiness. The joy and warm wishes from each and every family member, bridesmaid, groomsman, and guest was palpable. Congratulations Lauren & Taylor!

Their ceremony was held in a spot surrounded by gorgeous leaf-covered arbors and with the sun pouring in...
These two. I just love them. Zuleyka is a science teacher in Hartford (that is how we met and became friends) and Jeff is a music teacher. Zuleyka went to Trinity and so it was pretty special for them to have their wedding right on Trinity's campus. And they went all out on all kinds of thoughtful ideas and special touches for the day. They devoted hours of love and preparation to making each and every aspect of their day lovely and unique to them. Zuleyka and Jeff were surrounded by friends and family who were integral to each aspect of their day, from having a friend marry them to singing during the ceremony. The day was full of emotion - laughter and tears of joy abounded. A big thank you to Allegra and Antonio for their amazing talent throughout the day! Congratulations Zuleyka & Jeff - your wedding was so thoughtful and beautiful!!

Zuleyka decided to do a first look with her dad before she left to meet Jeff for their first look. We set up right in her parent's back yard and Dad had the chance to have a special moment with his little girl before the day really got busy and he had to walk her down the aisle. It was such a great idea!
