I take on no more than twelve weddings each year in order to ensure that I am able to truly get to know my couples and provide the highest level of personal service and support to you throughout the planning process.
My attention to detail, backed by a solid workflow - developed over the course of twelve years capturing well over 100 weddings - makes me an able guide who will support you and help make your wedding preparations seamless without letting stress or confusion creep in.
When your wedding weekend arrives, I'll be by your side through it all as a warm and comforting presence. That comfort allows you to be fully present and vulnerable for every sweet moment of your day and allows me capture who you really are - your most honest and unguarded selves.

Dates are reserved with the signing of the contact and payment of the booking fee. However, if we have met and you're still in the process of making a decision, I will never give your date away without reaching back out to give you 24 hours to decide before I give the date away to another couple.
How Do You Take Payment?

All payments can be made right online with a credit card or I'm happy to accept a check as well.
I have general liability insurance and equipment insurance and I’m happy to provide proof of insurance to your venue if needed.
I currently do not charge travel fees for New England or upstate NY weddings. I’m more than happy to venture beyond New England as well, and in that case I do charge a travel fee that is adjusted on a case-by-case basis and allows me to cover the cost of my journey as necessary to best capture your wedding.
Do you work with a second photographer?
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Always. I believe that the real love story is often found in the small moments and the moments in between. Having a second photographer with me for the day allows me to get two perspectives in the big moments, as well as capture more of the small moments that tell your full love story.
We'll work together prior to your wedding to create a rain plan for all of your formal portraits. We'll find an alternative you love and the most important part is knowing we have a plan in place, even if we don't need to use it!
How long does it take to Receive our photos?
HOW DO YOU BACK UP AND PROTECT OUR PHOTOS?
Your photos will be ready for you 6-8 weeks after your wedding date. I’ll post a preview for you within 48 hours of your wedding though, so you won’t have to wait 6 weeks to see how gorgeous you looked on your wedding day!
When I get home from your wedding I upload all of the images on an external hard drive and back them up onto the cloud. When your images are ready, the final edits are uploaded into an online gallery that serves as a third backup.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET? ARE ALL OF THEM EDITED?
Generally, you'll receive between 75-100 images per hour of coverage. Every photo you receive is edited to ensure the highest quality finished product.
DO WE GET THE COPYRIGHT TO THE IMAGES?
As the artist who created the images, I retain the copyright. However, all digital products include personal printing rights. That means you're welcome to share them digitally and in print.

About ten weeks after your wedding, you'll get to relive your wedding day in an online gallery brimming with memories. And we'll design your heirloom wedding album so that you can relive the weekend for generations to come.
You'll celebrate all weekend long as you welcome loved ones, say your vows, hug your family, dance, laugh, cry happy tears, and have the best time. I'll be there to capture it all. Then, within 72 hours, you'll have a few sneak peeks to enjoy as you head off on your honeymoon.
A week or two before your wedding we'll schedule a final conversation. It's a quick touch point to make sure you know that I'll be exactly where I need to be to capture every emotion and special moment.
Three months before your wedding I'll send along a questionnaire to help you plan your family portrait combinations. I'll print the list and bring it with me so that you won't worry about them on your wedding day and can focus on hugging your family members instead!
Throughout the planning process, I'll send along tips and things to consider that will ensure your wedding day is seamless and that your images are timeless and effortless. You'll also receive my newsletter with additional inspiration every couple of weeks.
I'll schedule a call several months before your wedding to talk through your day-of timeline. We'll ensure you have the time you need for the candid and posed images you're dreaming of, as well as ensure things will flow smoothly so you can relax and be fully present.
We'll pick a spot that's both beautiful and meaningful to the two of you. I'll provide a style guide and outfit inspiration to and then we'll create photo magic together to honor your engagement. It will be relaxing and fun and I'll guide you every step of the way to ensure the results are stunning images that truly reflect your love.
You'll reserve your date by electronically accepting the quote, signing the contract, and paying the booking fee. Next, you'll receive a welcome email with next steps in our planning process, along with a copy of my wedding magazine, full of planning tips and advice just for my sweet couples.
We'll get to know each other on a video call. We'll talk about your love story & wedding weekend and answer your questions. You'll ensure I'm the right fit to tell your love story as it deserves to be told. Then I'll follow up with a custom proposal based on our conversation and what matters most to you.
